Rachel Tosh brings a unique and deeply personal perspective to her role as Co-Founder and Director of Verida Property Pty Ltd. With over 20 years of experience as a respected Certified Practicing Speech Pathologist (health professional) and business owner in the allied health sector, Rachel has built a career on clear communication, genuine care, and a passion for helping people achieve the best possible outcomes and those same values now underpin her work in real estate.

Rachel’s transition into real estate is a natural extension of her lifelong interest in the property market. From a young age, she developed an understanding of property investment through assisting her family, and that passion has only grown stronger over the years. In the past eight years alone, Rachel has been personally involved in 33 residential and commercial real estate transactions, encompassing buying, selling, building, and both sides of leasing. This extensive hands-on experience as a client of many real estate agents has given her rare insight into what makes a real estate journey truly successful—from both emotional and financial perspectives.
